Homemade remedies for dry and chapped lips

Chapped and dry lips is a problem that can be painful and unattractive. During cold winter, our lips tend to dry more, and that’s why we need to moisturize them constantly. There are many products out there that can help you revive your dry lip, but we have found a more simple and cheap way, and the ingredients you’re going to need they’re already in your kitchen. Try our homemade remedies for dry and chapped lips.

Exfoliation
Exfoliation is really important if you want to have soft lips. Mix 2 tbsp. of sugar with 1 tbsp. honey. Apply the paste to your lips and leave it for a few minutes. Use your fingers to gently rub the paste on your lips to get rid of the dead skin cells. You’ll notice the results instantly.
Moisturizing
When our lips aren’t moisturized they tend to get dry and that’s how we end up with chapped and unattractive lips.
Coconut Oil -Apply pure coconut oil several times a day on your lips to keep them moisturized.
Milk Cream – It’s a great natural lip moisturizer. Apply fresh milk cream on your lips and leave it  for 10 minutes.
Then gently wash your lips with a cotton ball dipped in warm water.
 
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera is the ultimate healing product. Apply small amount of Aloe Vera gel on your lips every day. This will help them heal and relieve the pain.
Cucumber
Rub a slice of cucumber on your dry lips gently so that the cucumber juice is applied well over them. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash your lips with water. Cucumber will help you heal your lips faster and will make them softer.
Mango Butter or Oil
Take a small amount of mango butter or oil and apply it to your lips. Leave it to dry. Wash your lips with warm water. Mango is rich in fatty acids and it’s the perfect natural moisturizer.
