Recipes Natural Homemade Hair Moisturizers

 No matter what type of hair you have, it’s really important to moisturize it. Moisture  plays a role in helping retain growth and it helps your hair look and feel better. Shea and Grape Seed Moisturizer
Ingredients:
  •  ½ cup unrefined shea butter
  •  ¼ cup Aloe Vera gel
  •  2 tbsp. grape seed oil
  •  1 tbsp. pure honey
Preparation:
In a pot on the stove, melt the shea butter slightly. Keep the pot on the stove until the butter is soft but not completely melted. With a hand mixer, whip the butter until it gets fluffy. Add the grape seed oil and honey to the shea butter. Whip everything again. Add the Aloe Vera gel lat. Whip all the ingredients together with a hand mixer on low speed. Store your moisturizer in a dry cool place.

Aloe and Lavender Moisturizer
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Aloe Vera juice
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. Vitamin E oil
  • 2-3 drops Lavender essential oil
  • ¼ cup of distilled water
Preparation:
Put ¼ cup of distilled water in a spray bottle. In the same spray bottle and the Aloe Vera juice, the coconut oil, the vitamin E oil and the lavender essential oil. Shake your mixture until it’s fully incorporated. Store your moisturizer in the fridge for a maximum of 4-5 days.
Coconut Moisturizer
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup of Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp. Aloe Vera Juice
  • 2 tbsp. jojoba oil
Preparation:
Choose pure coconut water, without additional ingredients such as flavors, sugar, and preservatives. Take out an empty spray bottle and put each ingredient in it. Shake the mixture until it’s fully incorporated. Keep this moisturizer in the freezer, and not more than 5 days.
